He sure could .. Would be quite the addition to a good football club

I would advise not gettin rid of Edwards / rioli types

We have a plethora of slow fat white ploddin hacks and a lack Of talented slight black jets. More of a worry given the trends / rule change

Dimma still living in te 70s

Now is the time to completely overhaul our list management dept.
List managers get paid peanuts.
For them they are in semi stasis at this stage of the year.
Identify the best list manager in Australia and throw money at them.
They are outside the salary cap.
For mine I would poach the Bulldogs or maybe West Coast or Sydney list manager guru.
Let him/her (that is possible) evaluate our list.
Get a plan.
Implement it.
End of story.
Until we do this, it is a waste of time.

Stalin, if it is that obvious then why doesn't it happen?
TBH, as much as it hurt i am glad Melbourne beat us as it means someone has to start answering these questions.

Thoughts on getting a Prestia type (Prestia) still on the cards? I'd honestly be able to accept (but not be happy with) Deledio for Prestia and a second rounder if it came to it. Although Lids has bled for this club, we've looked after him. Might be a great deal for both parties.

That would give us:
A first round pick, likely top 4 at this stage.
2 Second round picks, one likely early 20's, the other mid to late.
Dion Prestia.

Something to rebuild with. I think our current stocks could be remoulded, plenty of options moving forward.

Don't think Deledio would get us Prestia and a second rounder. Also, even if that were to happen it would leave us with one second round pick as we already traded ours from this year didn't we?

Let's first get
-a recruiting team that has a clue.   :shh

-a development department that can hone in on each players unique ability and make them 200 + gamers.

- a coaching team that understands the modern game and can adapt to changes when presented or even a creative coach that can develop a game style that suits his playing roster that not only is creative but one that despises loosing so much it makes them win.
The club that keeps giving.
