AFL great Tim Watson says Richmond must look at recruiting Collingwood forward Travis ClokeLiam Twomey

August 12, 2016 8:15amAFL great Tim Watson believes Richmond must look at recruiting out of favour Collingwood forward Travis Cloke.
Cloke was yesterday dropped for the third time this season and is likely to leave the Holden Centre at the end of the year.
Watson said the Tigers should consider adding Cloke to partner Jack Riewoldt in the forward 50.
“It is a glaring hole in Richmond’s game to have somebody that Jack Riewoldt can play with consistently,” Watson said on SEN 1116.
“Travis has to prove that he is a consistent player again but you would have to look at him if you were Richmond.”
Watson was confident Cloke could once again find his best football.
The forward has kicked just 15 goals for the Magpies this season. He hasn’t kicked over 40 goals in a season since 2014.
“I don’t think he is done. I really don’t think he is done,” Watson said.
“I actually think it is more about his mental attitude and the way that he approaches the game and where he is at, with probably not believing that there is a future for him at Collingwood.
“Whoever takes him on is probably going to pay $300-$400 (thousand). It would be a highly incentivised contract with Travis Cloke where he is at right now.”
