Lids, Martin, Miles and Rioli should be offered contract extensions beyond 2017 this year. Stuff the rest of the '17 crew.

Bit stiff on Lennon and McIntosh, no?

How is Elton still going beyond this year :lol.

Why in gods name have c Ellis , vlastuin not yet been put on long term deals

What do these idiots in charge do all day
Ellis is in his second year and only now just getting consistant games, ease up :lol

It's not like we are flush with young talent ... We should be signin up young highly rated players long term early. Footballmanager 101. And trying poach similar players from other sides

We should have signed c Ellis vlastuin long term this time last year. Why not back in young high picks we recently drafted. We should be resigning martin , rioli, deledio now. It's unprofessional to allow the best talents contracts to run down into the last weeks. Like the Lennon circus

I cannot watch another year of BEllis and Houli.
Who would win a fight between those two?... Nobody.

I'm not worried, we fought off a pack of wolves to get Hardwicks signature, we'll re-sign all our spuds again on big deals  :clapping

Take them all.

Only untouchables on our list are Rance and Riewoldt.  Quality key position players are expensive to replace.

I would start shopping Cotchin around now.  He would have huge trade value.

The deal for Deledio would have to be huge as he is one of the few players on our list who shows leadership, can kick a footy, and isn't slow.  He should be captain.

Take whatever we can get for the rest and start rebuilding.  Having a team of middle tier duds is not going to get us anywhere.  Need to get rid of the recruiting department or we will just end up with the next generation of duds.

the Herald sun have lost the plot, last week our list was no good & we were also irrelevant..... this week we are at risk of our Players being poached? which is it?
Good point! :clapping

Apparently because it was a question it can't be a good point. Just so you know

:lol :lol :lol Sign C.Ellis to a long term deal 7 rounds into his career (which would have been what, 2-3 games?). I rate the kid but why would you sign him up long term not even half way through his first year? Hasn't even finished his first contract and you want to sign him for 5 years

so why not give all your first round picks a 5 year deal straight up?
“For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are your ways my ways,” says the Lord.

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are my ways higher than your ways,
And my thoughts than your thoughts."

Yahweh? or the great Clawski?
