Lloyd vs Nahas
« on: June 12, 2016, 11:13:15 PM »
Who is/ has given us better service? For mine, although Nahas is doing ok at Nort, I think Lloyd is an upgrade on Nahas for us. Thoughts?

Goals in 2016

1  Riewoldt  27
2  Lloyd        21
3  Vickery     20
4   Griffiths    10

This says it all.  Although Eddie Betts would of been a handy upgrade on Nahas.

Lloyd >> daylight >> Nahas.
Nahas is quicker but Lloyd is much stronger overhead & more confident around the goals!  Lloyd has a much stronger build & is far more physical & robust.  This is one we got right.   :thumbsup

I reckon Lloyd is held back due to his being a window licker
Having said that, he's on track for a 40 goal season.
Not bad for a mature aged, moneyball rookie

It's that simple Spud
"I discussed (it) with my three daughters, my wife and my 82-year-old mum, because it has really affected me … If those comments … were made about one of my daughters, it would make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I would not have liked it at all.”

Lloyd surprised me a little bit. Everyone knew he could kick a goal and he actually lead to good spots quite often without getting used last year but he's now got a good fitness base that should still have improvement left and found some good consistency to go with it.
