Believe it or not, failure itself is a process

Its a closed loop at Tigerland. Round and round we go. And again. And again and again and again and again. Who knows what will happen next........

Actually think its good news

We can't get our VFL side right

Dont need to stuff up something else
On what measure are you using ? winning games ?

Or the fact the no kids are developing there and pushing into the seniors, take your pick. Do you think it is working?

Have a woman president and Brandon Ellis and still can't get a team in the woman's league.

We are the best

Our entire set up at VFL level is poor

I understand the club's primary focus is supposedly development and not necessarily wins (though it would be good if they actually communicated this the members & supporters but that's another story). though I'd argue development includes instilling a winning culture.

But that is no excuse for putting together a poor VFL list. I have said this many many times, the majority of our VFL listed players are not to VFL standard. And because of the weakness in the VFL list (ie our VFL listed players) it impacts on the development of our AFL listed kids.

Club has tried to do the VFL thing on the cheap IMESHO rather investing in it as heavily as they should. It was initially funded by members / supporters via the FTF (and to certain extent still is) & I think they deserve better than what we currently see with our VFL "program". Simply compared to the other AFL sides fielding stand alone VFL sides our program /system is below standard.

Again just my opinion.

I love how they repeatedly fail at things they seem passionate about.

Personally, I couldn't be happier.
Why doesn't this surprise me ?

I can't believe the amount of press this is getting.

This is not going to be a high rater or high attendance sport.

I really don't give a poo about it.

Pretty good summation for mine

So good he even made himself laugh out loud.

Personally, I'm disappointed we didn't get a women's team. I reckon the chix comp will be cool and the more tiger teams the better for mine.
