That is the way you score goals. Apply pressure win the free, then move it on quickly catching your opponents out of position

McCrae really earning his keep.
Without his astute coaching and the famous RFC development machine
we would have been 15 goals down by now.
These kids are on a steep learning curve and are passing with a minimum of fuss.
Next year we will celebrate our 1997 reserves flag with another reserve flag.

l had enough of watching this. Fair dinkum l see local reserves play far better football.
Collingwood VFL are a powerful side with some good senior players but the mistakes we make are child like.

Apparently Hartley is frothing over the talent in our 2's. Just rolled on a magnum and is ready to go

Absolute rabble of a football side half of them dont want a kick or dont know how to get a kick  ,there must be better footballers playing suburban football than this lot , who is the half wit that recruits for this side no idea???????????
Almost all of our VFL-listed players are park footballers and nowhere near even VFL standard. Put it down to not investing in our VFL recruiting and trying to do it on the cheap.

Keeping it tight.
Love their work and playing at the Pies spiritual home.
This is as good as a win IMHO.

McRae interviewed at 3/4 time:

"Not too concerned about errors as both sides are making errors. It's more about the effort. Most disappointed I've been in the past 10-12 weeks. Our body language was terrible. Got to show we care."

Why would they care when they see Vickery play like he doesn't give a stuff every week and yet not only be a walk up start but also have Halfstep publicly defend him to the hilt at every opportunity?

How many times have we kicked it to the top of the goalsquare today and not a single Tiger forward is there to contest.

Pies rebound, make a stack of errors but still have the time and space to get it forward for a set shot (miss). Just shows the lack of pressure and poor efforts from us.

Exactly, been saying it for yonks, our VFL "program" is amateur hour at its best.

Really feel for AFL listed kids out there today. This is more than who the coaches are, you give anyone a sub standard list of top ups then you are stuffed before a ball is bounced

The obvious exception being Ballard, who looks better than half our AFL midfield.
