Big shake up long overdue.
DIMMA - You will be held ACCOUNTABLE...

“We are really excited about what we have brought in. We have got great depth of players that can take us where we need to go. We are just putting some cream on the top at the moment,” he said.

Mrakov to Debut
============

Another Tiger debutant amongst five changes
Tony Greenberg,
richmondfc.com.au   July 7, 2016 6:25 PM

Richmond’s second selection in last year’s National Draft, Oleg Markov, will make his senior league debut in Saturday night’s match against the Western Bulldogs at Etihad Stadium.

The 20-year-old son of former world champion pole vaulter Dmitri Markov has impressed at VFL level with the Tigers in a variety of on-field roles this season.

He showcased his elite speed and endurance as a rebounding half-back last Sunday against competition ladder leader Casey at Punt Road, where he had 19 disposals and six tackles.

Markov will be Richmond’s fifth AFL debutant in 2016, joining Daniel Rioli, Jayden Short, Jason Castagna and Nathan Broad.

His inclusion is one of five changes the Tigers have made to their line-up for the Round 16 clash with the Bulldogs.

So the question has to be asked as to why Vickery was not dropped until we are officially out of finals contention when he has been clealrly not performing for a number of weeks. Shows me that Hardwick clearly sees something in him that no one else does.

Should have kept Lambert to instill some confidence in him and DROPPED ELLIS OR CONCA.
Even when dimmer drops players, he's weak as pee
Caracella and Balmey.

Might just be me but the team looks better already.
Can almost stomach Hunt, Hampson & Astbury in it.

We look quick.
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.
