I'd talk to a few people who really know football and who I respect like David Parkin who has been around a long time and seen it all. Also they must NOT be richmond people and get a truly independant view of the clubs football operations. Maybe Parkin has been out of it too long but someone senior. And then I'd talk to someone like Brian Cook and get them to review our off field side again this person or people can't in any way be Richmond people. And if the right thing to do was to make way for a better chairperson then stand aside.
This is why I'm not on the board I just don't have the ego that it takes and why Penny and Malcolm Speed are.

You know what under Gary March at least he had the will and dignity to make hard calls on Miller and Wallace this board a clueless and not ruthless enough to make hard decisions.

I have it on good authority that the board wanted to put hardwick on notice and asses his contract at the end of this season, but penny overrode them and gave him the extension  :shh

I know my maths is a bit fuzzy but last time I looked 8 was bigger 1.
