Coincidence our gameplan's gone to shyte since he left and wasn't replaced? Maybe, maybe not...but wouldn't really judge him by Brisbane's results... was on a hiding to nothing...especially after that mass bout of homesickness gutted their list....would be like coaching GWS in their first couple of years but without any of their talent...

Its possible that he doesn't fit into the plans of the club going forward, and that's fine.
But given the clubs position it would be derelict not to look at every option.
And I agree with Dio, I think Leppa was an integral part to our coaching panel and his departure left a hole which was not filled

Nice fellow is Leppa and his mum is a very nice lady who makes a great cup of coffee.

But it's a No from me.
The club needs a complete clean out of the Hardwick regime completely and mediocre mindset and unfortunately Leppa has learnt from those most effected by Tigeritis.

Poor bastard career ended when he walked into punt road.

Dont see getting him to Punt Road as a positive move. We need to instil a winning culture, he is coming from a losing one and worst than that he tried at Brisbane to implement a Richmond gameplan which we all know is clearly past its use by date.
