who's guiseppe ?  does he know Italo from abruzzo club?

Seppe's official title is Property U& Facility Manager

Bascially he is the chief property steward. In charge of getting all the gear to games etc

works incredibly long hours, good chance he gets paid peanuts and he's incredibly loyal and committed to the club & his job

Won't hear a bad word about Seppe, as I said I've known him for a long time.

Neither will I.

Humble bloke and does his job well. If only those in more influential positions went the extra mile like him.

On a serious note
I would sack everyone from the club
Same as Buckley did at Collingwood
Bucks even sacked the doorman - FACT
Sacked the volunteers that had been there for years
All the back flappers etc
Why ?
Changed the culture there
Think the Tiges need to do the same
If there is one exception , Craig McCrae would stay
As he knows how to win a flag
Everyone else , gone !!
Richmond need to think outside the square abit

And it makes sense because Collingwood have only gone fwd since Buckley took over

So he just sacked people that were involved with a team that had just won a flag in 2010 and played off in the 2011 GF?

Wow!!!! Can they all come to the RFC? I want their culture at my club!!!

Look where they've been since.... :whistle
OER. Calling it as it is since 2004.

Well if you watched the Pies last 2 weeks
There young players have been awesome
They should of won yesterday missing Swan and Elliott
Neither have played all year
There best 2 players
Take our best two eg Cotchin
and Martin out and we probably win the spoon
Fact !!!

Cheap wins at the end of the season don't mean much. We used to do that all the time. Where were they when it really counted?????

You got a better suggestion how to fix Richmond other than sacking the coach
It's all about culture

Might further add the both Wills and Crocker are well ahead of all younger players
At least the pies have a crack , unlike the insipid mob that wore the yellow and black

It's not about who they sack, but it's about getting good people in. Collingwood had a good group and Bucks sacked them.

So there we have it -Jack's blueprint for success- Halfstep sacks the entire club except for himself. :clapping

Sacking everyone isn't really a bad idea
Think about
Something needs to change
We just keep going around in circles
People come , people go
Some just stay for too long
Some shouldn't be there at all
Think you get the idea
