I got excited about Mcbean when my fellow posters described him as White Franklin during his first season - but I saw NOTHING to get excited about when he played his five senior games.

Shame about McBean but both Marcon and McBean were on the cards to be delisted.

Pity about McBean but you could see it coming. Maybe someone else might get better results from him cos he clearly can kick goals. Just not at AFL level.

I assume he won't because we would have shopped him round and would know his currency in th he market and if he had any we'd use it in trade because we badly need currency in this years draft. So my guess is his career is over.

I wouldn't be surprised if he was picked up as a Rookie. Plenty of undeveloped players at RFC. A Hawks or Sydney might gamble on a someone like McBean with potential and put it down to the fact he was at a club with the worst development history in the competetion.

Yep I think he will get picked up by an AFL club.
Especially with players like Grigg Houli Hampson and Hunt on our list.

Agree. Was consistently in our bests in the twos. Played a good game in the seniors with 24 possies and was dropped never to return.

I never thought we should have rookied him but hell, hardly did anything wrong and was shown the door.

Nothing will surprise me with this club, never has and never will...shame about Marcon, thought he deserved better than one year. There should have been a few in front of him. Oh well, done now.

I'd prefer all of them gone to be honest

But like tdy, I reckon they've shopped him and there's no interest, hence why he is been de-listed. Just can't see him getting picked up
