Running out in a final for Sydney today. Extraordinary.

Makes our iceberg look like an ice cube.

2017 the year of being angry.
Go Tigers!

Why play finals when we can be stable?

Let's face it the afl is rigge
I'm not saying we don't have our flaws but the last 10 grand finals have been the same bloody teams with the exception of st kildas rise, a few teams haven't won a flag in 20 plus years while teams like hawthorn go in and out of dominance.

Then the Afl brings in two new teams and gives them the top picks while teams like ourselves we're rebuilding.  That alone shows the afl doesn't give a poo about Richmond

The swans can have all their flags and good players.

We have stability. They dont.

End of story

The best organisation are stable, however they need to be adaptive to change not unstable

Also I'm not meaning to make excuses by any means but teams like us have to work so much harder when teams like gws  get a flag almost gifted to them and we get nothing it's bs
It is why the comp is so unequal.

and as far as I can tell, we are only half way through their vision of returning as the top Victorian club by 2020.

They have gone past us

They have almost gone past everybody. Surely you could of seen this 4 years ago. If they can convince most to stay on less money than the market will pay then they have several flags in the very near future,  Can't single out the Tigers at fault for this one.

Correct - but it's still a pretty weak excuse of a club Richmond

'Richmond - where confused aspirations are tempered by incompetance.
