So what did we get here. Well so far a very below standard AFL player. We certainly did not trade for him based on performances at the top level. But hey that is based on just 12 games in his first three years.
I for one have not seen a lot of this bloke but for a young ruckman he seemed to be tracking along okay. Statistically it is not great reading but again he has played just 12 games.His form away from AFL has apparently been very good dominating at NEAFL but one has to be careful when looking at what he may be playing against down there.

As i said statistically at least it does not make for pretty reading but one has to factor in he has been a junior ruckman who needs to development
I see a physically ready player who can play if he is needed but he is a player who needs much development.
At 199cm and 106kg we have a Maric type or Mumford type imo he will be vulnerable against the spring heeled mobile types.What he should bring for us is an extra big body at the contest when the ball hits the ground.
So far he has not taken a lot of marks and hardly any contested onesand managed just 3 goals. I am not sure he can become a goal kicking ruckman.Other concern is atm he has not won many H/O but that is neither here nor there atm as long as he gives a good contest.
Personally i think him a good get but i really hope there is patience shown with him. Imo We have the Maric replacement he just needs to develop and get to a good level. We still dont have the Hampson replacement. Maybe we have him on the list already in Chol but Chol's size is a huge worry, until he gains the size and strength he will take time to play in the role at AFL level.
Trouble is at some stage Chol will need to be actually developed as a ruckman.
