Litherland and Barlow for me.
Both would walk straight into our side if it were up to me.
Barlow is 28 and from what I have heard is a running machine and keeps himself in pretty good nic.  He is a big body and a ball magnet, both things we need around the footy. Also our midfield depth is putrid so having him on our list will help. Fill our side full of mids and AFL standard KPP, move the ball quick and we may be a show.

Litherland is a goer, is 190cm tall, has elite pace and can break lines unlike Houli. Pretty simple

Also this is claws chance for RFC to grab Tom Lee. Him or Sutherland could be worth a look given how weak our KPP stocks are...
LOL Pathetic people dining out on a rookie pick that has not worked out.Thats where i wanted us to take him originally.  Yep like most people ive got a few wrong but unlike most im prepared to put it out there rather than sit back like a coward taking cheap shots from the stands and add nothing to debates.Lot of pack animals here on this site but few lone wolves.

Given the time again i would still say give him a go because back then he ticked a lot of boxes unlike so many hacks we constantly recruit. Yep he didnt work out who gives a stuff theres plenty like him and there will be plenty more who fail for whatever reason.

Its funny butt hurt fools still trying to score points from a few instances from what 5  6 yrs ago i must have really stuffed with some peoples heads that after all this time they are still butt hurt.
It says an awful lot about them doesnt it.It actually says dont waste your time with them.

I dont even reply to those  posters nowdays!!! i  let em knock themselves out it is funny to watch. I give an opinion people can agree or disagree thats the way it is.ABUSE AWAY it wont stop me from giving my opinion and it wont stop people from listening to it.

Meant no offence claw I thought he was worth a shot back then too but I just remember you saying a few times you were keen on him

Like I said we need depth everywhere. Richards (genuine project player) would be a good pick up but Lowden, Barlow, Litherland and Lee could all be useful depth in the big areas.

Mitch Brown delisted by WCE might be worth a look

Hardly class Richards as a project player now.

Josh Green praised dumped coach Justin Leppitsch and said a fresh start would reinvigorate his career.

“I think being delisted kind of shocked me in a way - at an age I know my best football is ahead of me - if I’m given the chance at a new club I’m going to give it all I’ve got, so really looking forward to hopefully a fresh start somewhere,” he told SEN.

“Justin (Leppitsch) was great for me, he gave me every opportunity.

Explains why we are now interested in picking Green up as a DFA.

A fresh start with his old coach?

In other news, Jake Barrett from GWS has just been delisted - from all reports this kid's no Townsend and actually does possess some talent.... :shh

Ah yes, the great white hope Tom Lee.... :clapping
hahah I think we have picked up enough tom lees in our time we still have a bout 8 of them in our team know no deal his another average player.
the only one ud look at is Richards who would go straight into the team, brown as a back up fro rance and key defender but injury prone is the problem there

Yeah and yet you wouldn't notice would you?

Blokes like Michael Barlow, Mitch Brown, Xavier Richards, Angus Litherland, Luke Lowden all up for grabs.

Could add serious midfield, key fwd, key def and ruck depth here if we wanted to.

I'd probably pass on Brown, need depth but not injury prone depth.
