Candidate for Election: Simon Wallace
« on: November 17, 2016, 08:13:24 PM »

Good evening OER Community,

I'm In

Yes, I'm a candidate for election to the Board of the club we adore: Richmond.

www.gotiges.com.au

I present and offer for the consideration and judgment of Members the most comprehensive, constructive and researched policy platform ever put to the voting members of an AFL club:

http://gotiges.com.au/resources/4%20Points%20Prospectus%20-%20Final.pdf

Given the changes (most of which I think look pretty positive, from afar) made at Richmond since Round 23, I've also done an update to my Prospectus:

http://gotiges.com.au/resources/Prospectus%20Update%20November%202016.pdf

Vote for me, or do not, but please do vote.  This is about Richmond, so it's really, really important.

Questions, feedback (of any sort) or suggestions?

or here, obviously.

Regardless of the outcome, I'm all-in for Richmond.

Thanks for your time and, always, Go Tiges.

Cheers,   Simon

Good luck Simon. Will vote for you if only because you've gone about it the right way.  :clapping

Keep up the good work. You're welcome to make OER a regular place to visit to hear opinions.  :thumbsup

Geez read the website.
just click on the link above.
It's all there, spread over 21 pages in the prospectus and now an added few pages in the update.

I'm Damo and zero qualifications, hence not running for election.

I missed the part about him on the website.

It's impressive, but IMO that should be front and centre.

Well done, professional and engaging.
About time.
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

Huh.
You "missed the part about him on the website"?   WTF.  What, his website?

In his prospectus he opens with an Introduction, 4 main points/changes, Club history and key details about himself.
Then on page 5 he goes into detail about himself. He lists 11 relevant details about himself.
After that he lays out what you could call his philosophy about the club.
He then begins an assessment of the club starting with the board.
If that's not front and centre, I don't know what is.

RFCO? What's that?
I am retired and live 200km from the CBD. I cannot do more than I do at present for MY club.
Again with the petty irrelevance.   ::)
