20 November 2016RICHMONDPick 15: Daniel Rioli Played 18 games and kicked 13 goals in a debut season that set a strong foundation for his future as a small forward. Will work on increasing fitness base and should attack his second season with confidence.
Pick 50: Oleg Markov Looks a steal after impressing in eight games in 2016. Adding bulk and settling into a position should be a focus for the exciting Tiger, who could play back, forward or midfield.
Pick 67: Nathan Broad The mature-age recruit wasn't able to establish himself in 2016 but has another year to take his belated AFL chance. Providing drive off half-back appears to be his strength if he can polish his ball-use and composure at the top level.
Rookie selection pick 12: Callum MooreStruggled in two late senior games, but that shouldn't take away from the impressive signs show in the VFL. A high-leaping forward, he should push for promotion in 2017 with a strong pre-season.
Rookie selection pick 30: Mabior CholAnother tall who struggled on debut, Chol, who played down back at times, enters next season knowing the standard he needs to reach. Eliminating concentration lapses in games will be important.
Rookie selection pick 47: Adam MarconRecruited as a 23-year-old after dominating at VFL level, Marcon played two matches before being delisted.
