Can i ask which clubs they are?   I ask this because its pretty clear, "culture" change is a selective thing at tigerland, if we are doing now, what past Presidents were doing.

N0rt's done it, Pies have done it

Bombers have done it as well

So Cats, Dawks, Dogs and Swans havent?   ;)

But yes Smorgon did when he was President of the bulldogs

The club boardroom is now corrupt IMHO.  They are maintaining their positions (and purses) with as little democratic representation as possible.

And it gets worse

http://www.theage.com.au/afl/afl-news/richmond-attempt-to-tame-tiger-board-challengers-with-constitution-change-20161123-gsw1wi.html

Using examples of corporate governance of 5% is like saying Mahatir or Marcos did this so we can too, its utter rubbish.

And her answers also represent a corrupt mindset.

Why has the full review not been shared?

As you can appreciate, the specific detail of the review, and the recommendations that underpinned the changes so far, are not only confidential but also commercially sensitive - to share them would be inappropriate.

Again utter rubbish.  Tactically sensitive maybe, commercially no.  I do hope someone leaks it to Wikileaks and to the press.

Yes.
The basic point of the EGM amendment is to vastly reduce the ability of members to hold the board to account.

The EGM in 2004 was because the club (according to auditors notes) was technically insolvent and was only kept afloat by an AFL guarantee.
You would think that's a valid reason for an EGM.
But here they're trying to make it 25 times more difficult.
