Richmond is excited to announce a new partnership with international lifestyle brand New Era.

New Era has come on board as the Club’s Official Headwear Partner for at least the next four seasons.

Richmond’s players, coaches and staff will be wearing a specific range of New Era headwear including the Tigers’ media cap, training cap, beanie, visor and travel cap.

The Tigerland Superstore also stocks the full range of New Era products.

Since 1920, New Era has been hand-crafting the finest headwear on the planet, and is the brand of choice in the worlds of sport, fashion, music and entertainment.

Richmond CEO Brendon Gale said he was excited by the Club’s new partnership.

“This is a significant partnership for our football Club – it is the first time that it has an official headwear partner,” Gale said.

“New Era has a rich sporting history and also partners with other leading sport and entertainment brands across the globe.

“Our players, coaches and staff have already started wearing the extensive range of New Era headwear and we cannot wait to see our members and fans wearing it too.”

General Manager of New Era Australia, Simon Hibbs, looked forward to working with the Tigers.

"We are very excited to announce our partnership with the Richmond Football Club, as their official headwear supplier,” Hibbs said.

“We look forward to bringing the best headwear in the world to players, coaches, staff and the fans at the Club.”

They will have no worries with any head gear supplied for the game, like protective headwear, it will never get a mark on it. Our players don't put their heads over the ball or go in hard enough.
