Conca was running at full pace so no injury concerns.

Didn't even know Mars had a team....

Menedue was very good taking a couple of nice marks in defense.  Beautiful skills and Will take Griggs role as Grigg will be our tagger! McKenzie had a good presence and took some good grabs. However he struggled to kick over 50 metres.

Surprised me:

Arnot playing midfield and doing well
Lloyd's fitness much improved.

Cheers for the info Cracker. :thumbsup

Probably a bit harder to tell in an intra-club, but with all the pace we've added to the list over the off -season, did the side(s) look noticeably quicker?

SuperCoach scouting report: Who starred in weekend AFL intra-club matches

Al Paton
Herald-Sun
February 23, 2015 11:28AM

SEVEN AFL clubs have lifted the curtain on new recruits, new tactics and players who might be tried in new positions this season.

Intra-club games (and one exhibition match) offer a limited sample so it’s wise not to get too carried away just yet, but it does give us something to go on when making predictions for the year ahead — and picking our SuperCoach squads.

Here is the best info we gathered from week one of AFL 2015 action.

RICHMOND

Match simulation, Friday

— Jack Riewoldt ($450,800 fwd) was the dominant forward with five goals. Liam McBean ($123,900 fwd) kicked three

— Rookie Kane Lambert ($102,400 mid/fwd) kicked two goals and is clearly the fan favourite to take the final vacancy on the Tigers’ senior list before Round 1

— Brett Deledio ($553,300 mid/fwd) played the full game after the club admitted he had lingering Achilles soreness, also kicking two goals

— Dustin Martin ($534,400 mid/fwd) “was dominant through the midfield” according to the Tigers website

— No injuries reported
