Biggest things I take from the photos is how small McBean's arms still are and how big Flossy has become already. Vlaustin seems to be almost rivaling Dusty is muscle atm.  :o

McBean doesn't have the frame to stack on lots of muscle quickly.  It will be a gradual process I expect.  His key strength is his agility so you also don't want him stacking on too much anyway.

Ch 7 news tonight showed the Tiges wrestling at training today. They showed Dea and Morro(?) wrestling each other.

The next open training will be held on Wednesday December 18, at 5.00pm.

All Melbourne training sessions are held at the ME Bank Centre, enter via Brunton Avenue near Tigerland Superstore.

Essendon, Richmond and the Western Bulldogs were among a number of AFL clubs to return to training today after the Christmas and New Year's break.

Richmond put in a solid session at Punt Rd with Tiger stars Jack Riewoldt, Dustin Martin and recruit Ben Lennon in commission.
