I am still amazed that Lids at 20 is the strongest players on our list. Incredible! Not sure if he is the fastest though?
Lids would be close to the fastest if he isn't. Kingy won the GF sprint and Axel came second? after Fev was given a Flemington straight start. Whitey's got toe and Blingers and JON are meant to be super quick although they don't use it to their advantage during games. McMahon should be up there too. At training Rance showed he is pretty quick and he's 193cm tall.

also let's not forget Gourdis....he's super quick also

It's going to be exciting in a couple years time watching these quick talls we've picked up create havoc.

Nothing on Ch 10 news about it. Only showed the boys in the David Mandie pool.

from the Herald-Sun

The players chose a bad day to resume training after the Christmas break with the temperature already nudging 30C and a compulsory fitness assessment time trial lap of the Tan awaiting them yesterday morning.

Cameron Howat was the first Tiger to complete the 3.8km course in about 13 minutes.

Daniel Jackson and Chris Hyde were next home, about 40m behind Howat. Star forward Matthew Richardson took around 14 minutes.

Richmond preseason training resumes Monday.
Community camp in Echuca from February 5-7.
NAB Cup v St Kilda, Telstra Dome, February 15.

At least it's good to know Simmo is running as far as his ankle goes. Hopefully for his and our sake the blood clot problem is behind him too and he can get off the Warfarin soon.
