But it all becomes a bit workmanlike from there, and you had to feel for the over-worked Rance at times last season. What the Richmond back half needs is a bit more star power and 2017 shapes as a year when the Tigers need to have a good look at the likes of Oleg Markov and Nathan Broad to see what they might bring into the mix.
