Finally one I know the answer of:  :clapping :clapping

They were............. Milli Vanilli and they had to hand back their Grammy for Best New Talent because it was found they didn't actually sing the songs on their debut album.

The Grammy's lost what little creditbility they had after that :shh

The Hooters is the answer. Their 2 hits were "All You Zoombies" (the OER anthem perhaps :rollin) and "And we Danced" - the 2 main dudes from the Hooters wrote the song "Time After Time" for Cyndii Lauper
