What's with the poo ad?

At the start of those practise match videos,they have some apathetic female teenager pretending to be happy that Lloydo kicked a goal after the siren.
WTF IS WITH THAT?
Is either shocking acting or a bringing in to perpetuity our ongoing malaise at the club.
