People are so quick to talk Geelong up and put us down.

Geelong wins: Freo (2 wins), North (0 wins), Melbourne (2 wins), Hawks (0 wins)

Richmond wins: Carlton (1 win), Collingwood (1 win), WCE (3 wins), Brisbane (1 win)

So they knocked off Freo before they changed things up (turned to youth) and started winning, beat a depleted Melbourne (no Hogan or Lewis and Gawn gone with a hammie) and knocked off two pee poor teams without a win.

Yet our wins don't mean much because they are bottom 8 teams and a win against WCE who "played their worst game ever"

Top 8 is weakest in years.

Bottom 8 is the strongest in years, does that mean we are actually going OK?

And the bottom 2 is comfortably the best bottom 2 sides of all time.

Lmao at actually having success in a cakewalk starting season fixture.

They usually lose to the team's that are worse than them.

Big difference Blake.

If you looked at that ladder after round 5 nobody would of predicted that the three undefeated teams would have the worst possible outcome in the next three weeks.
Adel 1-2
Geel 0-3
Rich 0-3

There is nothing between 1st and 18th on any week, its a matter of what team turns up on the day. From here I could see us finishing in the top 4 or just as easily see us finishing in the bottom 4, its just that close. We have been smacked once, had 2 close losses, and 5 wins. Given how close the season is I would of taken 5-3 before the season started. We should not of lost either of the last weeks which might make a huge difference at the end of the year.

It was a devastating loss yesterday, 3 points and yes we would still be equal first.  Still possible  :gotigers

At least scott was realistic when he said we/geelong  are an average team in a dog fight just to try and make the 8. he said that after the  collingwood or gold coast loss cant remember which.

Here's how the #AFL ladder would look if the loser had kicked one more goal in every game decided by under 6 points this year.
