Dustin Martin Brownlow date revealedScott Gullan,

12 September 2017DUSTIN Martin is sticking to what he knows best for his Brownlow Medal date.
Teammate Sam Lloyd has again won the honour of being Martin’s plus one at the AFL’s night of nights.
Given the cameras are going to be trained on Martin for the entire night, his selection of a partner was always going to be a hotly contested affair.
Lloyd was alongside him last year when he finished third behind Patrick Dangerfield.
Martin had been hoping to have his father, Shane, by his side but the Federal Government has blocked his return from New Zealand where he was extradicted because of outlaw motorbike links.
Lloyd is currently out of the side, having been dropped in Round 16.
Given Dangerfield is out of the race because of suspension this season, Martin will go into the count as the shortest priced favourite in Brownlow Medal history at $1.10.
He’s expected to even challenge Dangerfield’s record tally of 35 votes from last year.
Another Richmond star getting a late call-up to the Brownlow is full-forward Jack Riewoldt who was strangely left off the invite list but is getting a gig with Alex Rance whose wife isn’t attending.
