Ch7 news reported that Prestia went in a for scan today on his know. Been suffering knee soreness

Not great news though I'm hoping it's behind his form the last 2 weeks because he's been pretty poor.

Rest Prestia bring in Miles. No other changes. Elton performed at Griff's level with no previous AFL games this season (including preseason). Give him a chance instead of rushing to bring a dud in
Elton also jarred his knee badly early  but still toughed the game out. If that was Griff you wouldn't see him for 4 weeks.

Probably would've jarred his head too and given him concussion

The Barometer - Round 4

Herald-Sun
11 April 2017

RICHMOND

ON THE BLOCK: Nick Vlastuin’s broken nose aside, the Tigers emerged from a solid 11-point win over West Coast with no other obvious injury concerns. It’s hard to change a winning side but Todd Elton and Ben Lennon could be unlucky players to make way.

ON THE CUSP:
Steven Morris will press for selection after a strong hitout in Richmond’s VFL trial loss against Essendon. Ben Griffiths’ recovery from concussion will be assessed.

LEO SCHLINK’S FORECAST:
Richmond ventures to Brisbane on Sunday to face the Lions at the Gabba, seeking to secure a 4-0 start to a season for the first time since 1995. Damien Hardwick will again demand accountability and intensity to complement the Tigers’ attacking flair.

I would retain Lennon in the side. I would like to see Miles brought in but doubt they will bring him unless someone is injured.

Errr nope

Time to continue moving forward not backwards

Morris is nowhere near our best 22

Injury to Short or Conca would be the only catalyst for selection.

Hunt shouldn't be before anybody....

Would play him in the ruck before hampson, at least we would get between 5-10 possessions per game

Just watching the WCE game again.
I recon Lennon isn't far away from a breakout game. He got his hands to a lot of footy on Saturday but just didn't clunk any. His pressure when we haven't got it is much better too. We must keep playing him imo.

Also I'm amazed that people want Elton gone after one game. I've taken another look and he was ok without being great. Definitely deserves another go at it.

Outs for me- Houli (just don't rate him)
Ins- Markov

Big note I don't understand how you can rate Elton's game as "okay without being great" yet be the biggest Griff hater on this forum (yes he's a dud I'm not here to argue that). How can a game that was pretty much comparable to Griffiths (minus a lot of metres gained, some score involvements and somewhat passable back up rucking) suddenly garner praise from you?
