I know Elton hasn't been good but to go into a game that you propose making a contested game and not having a back-up ruck then you are asking for trouble. Realy dislike the selection this week and just hope they are not going back to old selection habbits.

I still think Morris can play a roll at stages this year if the match up is there but I just hope it's not every game.

Not really that concerned about Nank having to ruck most of the day either, other sides have ruckman that ruck all day. Goldstein seems to go ok with all of the ruck responsibility. Plus it gives us one more agile, quick player to hopefully run Adelaide off their feet.

I still think we can win.

Can't believe Morris has been selected.  Even at full fitness is he nowhere near best 22.
Ridiculous selection when Miles is available.
If Stevy plays on Betts he will kick 8.

Tipping he takes Eddie to the cleaners
How can you say that? The guy has just come off a ACL repair and has hardly any form in the seconds let alone play in the senior side against one of the best in form small forwards in the competition.

I've seen some strange comments before but this is one of the strangest.....

Are you actually still taking Jackstar's act seriously?

Grimes may need to play tall. Depends if they bring Jenkins in and if Talia stays in Otten could go forward
So who gets Lynch another one over 190cm.
I suppose we can count our lucky stars McGovern is still injured.
They are different to us they play 4 tall fwds and have the nippy Cameron,  Betts at their feet and  further mix it up with blokes like Menzel, McCay Knight going thru there.

The Claw
One of the few OER posters who watches footy and the opposition
He is 100% correct about the Crows
Grimes will have to play on a tall
Even McIntosh on occasions

Well if he actually looked at the team sheets he would have noticed Menzel and Knight are not playing.... :shh

Morris on Eddie
McIntosh, Rance and Grimes to take Jenkins, Tex and the red head.
Astbury takes Eltons spot, Jack plays high with Cotch, Dust and Caddyshank rotating deep forward. :help
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

For the record
Last 3 games against the crows
Eddie had kicked 2.,2 and 3
And averaged 12 possessions so as a team , we have handled him ok
