Rodan will be definitely in our best 22 under Wallace and IMO Tezza will have a fit speedy Tambo ahead of old stages like Tivs and Chaffey. Pace and talent is the key to Wallace's gameplan.

Based on the Learmonth game, I agree CB that Paddy Bowden will be in the 22 also which I didn't have last week.

After seeing the Inter-Club match my guess at this stage our our best 22 in Wallace's eyes:

Hartigan Gaspar Kellaway
Newman Schultz Bowden
Deledio Coughlan Hyde
Pettifer Richardson P Bowden
Brown Stafford Krakouer
Simmonds Tuck Johnson

Knobel Tambling Rodan Hall

thats a very impressive 22 Captain fairly balanced and on paper very capable   hopefully the "bonding"that choco talks about will give them that extra edge and we can all be proud of them

i dont think the traditional b, hb, c, hf, f, ru, ic ...view of the world is needed any more. Id just rather have a top 22- with 6 - 7 talls max with 15-16 runners.

They still somewhat still play in the basic FB, HF etc. system.

After seeing the inter-club game i'll have a crack at what I reckon Wallace reckons it our best side heading into Round 1:

Hartigan Gaspar Kellaway
J Bowden Schultz Newman
Deledio Coughlan Hyde
Pettifer Richardson P Bowden
Krakouer Stafford Brown
Simmonds Tuck Johnson
Rodan Tambling Hall Knobel

If Raines can back up his form then it's headscratching time as to who to take out. A good problem to have. Rodan's be good over the whole preseason so I'm waiting to see how he goes against real competition.

Rodan is flying over the pre-season.

He'll be in the 22.
