The three delistings were all fringe players so we are going to see the same tripe next year

Well hopefully after another crap season next year they will get rid of Fergie and that recruiter person

Shame it will be too late to see Mon play in a good side

Only 4 changes. Im honestly not surprised. This program is honestly amateurish. Not because of gender but because of the diabolical decisions that continue to be made by this wing of the club. 4 changes. My god.

Grace is not a perfect player but I'll die on the hill she fits in as a depth player in a top 4 side without blinking. At her age it's crazy to delist her, as I said if 10 go with her in a clean out I can accept a new era at the un with a heap of fresh players. But somehow. Same coach, same players minus the player who was rather by coaches as best player for Rich and the last 2 games ahead of Conti.. mind boggling.

I genuinely want the AFLW team to work and be successful but honestly there is only so much energy you can out towards supporting it when diabolically stupid decisions continue to be made and by people that simply don't seem qualified or experienced to do so.

Id welcome Grieves getting more opportunities, that can easily be done by playing behind Grace. We can simply rotate and modify roles without delisted our highest ranked players. Id consider that to be flexibly tactical coaching. Be interesting to see what that looks like one day for our AFLW side.

Excellent post TL.

But....

So far it is 5 outs

The 3 from yesterday who aren't being delisted but haven't been offered contracts

Plus, Hicks and Lavey

It will end up being 6 because despite yesterday's statement (spin) from the Club around Grace Egan if she doesn't get traded she isn't going to be offered another contact which means in this day and age she's likely going to be delisted

For me at least there are easily another 3 I'd cut but clearly as it stands right now that isn't going to happen
