Grace Egan 1 vote says it all to me

Exactly,

Perhaps for different reasons

But Egan 1 and Scott 4 says it all really.
Egan's papers must have been stamped after the first six rounds as she got 10 votes in the last six rounds.

I've just listened to the President's speech and the Coach's speech

Pretty obvious from each one there isn't going to be any serious changes  :help

Which is what I was expecting (sadly).

Not sure why I bother anymore  :-\

Conti a deserved winner as she is our best player and has been since she joined us. Having said that Ellie might have got over the line if she didn't miss the last two games due to injury.

Also, the fact that there's a large gap after Conti and McKenzie sums up where our list is at.

The review you have when you're not having a genuine review. Summed up by the coach being re-signed before the review was even announced :facepalm.

Always remember how they worded the review when it was announced

"A review for the program not of the program".

Out clause right there to avoid serious change

I am predicting this frustration will bubble over to the mens program in about 2 years. As a club, we are stuck in a malaise.
"The money might have been better. But, at the end of the day, Richmond showed faith in me. It's only fair that now we're 18th on the ladder, I show the faith back in the club and do everything I can to put them in front. In the end, I'm stoked I made the decision to stay. I f***ing love this club”

Conti to drive 'forward' in 2026

Richmond midfielder, Monique Conti, continued to re-write the history books on Tuesday night, winning her seventh straight Best and Fairest award.

“It’s honestly an honour to be up here every time, but I probably won’t understand it until I actually finish my career in sport, so at the moment I’m just enjoying every year as I can,” Conti said.

“I think the mental side of the game is probably 90 per cent of it, to be honest.

“It’s really tough to stay switched on mentally and try and perform every single week, so every year, as I grow as a person as well, I try to tap into that side a little bit more, and I’m sure I will keep growing in that area.”

Conti had one of her best seasons to date, averaging career highs in disposals (26.3), tackles (7.2) and total clearances (5.0).

Even with her outstanding personal performances, the team endured a difficult season, ending with just two wins.

However, Conti is adamant that team success is not too far away.

“Obviously, we’re not happy where we have ended up, but we are going to take accountability for that and drive forward and be better,” Conti said.

“We are not content, and we are not happy, but one thing we are is extremely hungry to be a better football club and be a better team.

“Because at the end of the day, we come to play football to win games, and that is what we want to do.”

Richmond is now seen as the overwhelming favourites to land the No.1 pick from Gold Coast after an auction for the top draft choice, with the Tigers likely to use the No.4 pick as part of their package to try and move up with the Suns.
