No club makes us more nervous or more keenly senses our fear than Carlton....they thrive on the smell of Tiger blood.....

OK I'd like to see

OUT:
Lloyd,
Menadue  (won't tolerate blokes pulling out of contests multiple times during games),
Bellis  (see Menadue),
Houli (see BEllis & Menadue)
Castagna or Rioli (either one not both as bad as each other today)

INS:
Lennon
Stengle
Mrakov
Miles
Garthwaite

But what's likely to happen

INS: Lennon, Stengle

OUTS: Lloyd, Menadue

Cannot argue with that
Ill take it a step further and say some players in your outs are the same that avoid scrutiny by match committee week in week out. Its a cancer/rot as far as I'm concerned and only until we cut it and not band aid it can we move forward and be confident that the team will go out and not shirk contests, not hear footsteps and every player be on the same page mentally.
They are the weakness, and it is time to go
The anywhere, anytime Tigers.

Townsend is playing solid and has changed his style to be more composed with ball in hand. Personally would not mine seeing him in the seniors before the end of year. One last look before final judgment.

Markov Astbury Grimes
Ellis Rance McIntosh
Grigg Cotchin Menadue
Rioli Lennon Edwards
Short Riewoldt Chol

Nankervis Martin Prestia

Bolton Caddy Lambert Townsend

Was so disappointed with Menadue yesterday.

Counted 3 times when he pulled up to avoid contact... thought he turned the corner the last few weeks bur took a massive leap backwards yesterday.

Bellis, well it was always a case of when not if

I've defend Houli in the past but there's no way in all honesty I can defend what I saw yesterday

The one I left out was Grigg..has a few credits in the bank this season so he survives. But he was the epitome of the "Nowhere man" yesterday... was very ordinary

I've been pretty vocal on those 3 for years. Granted all 3 have been ok over the last month but as sure as night follows day, they will let you down at important times and in important games.
Nothing surer!
All 3 are Dimma's favourites so unless he goes, expect to keep seeing the same thing.
We will make the finals this year but take it to the bank those 3 will let us down.

You think?

My take was win yesterday and we were a lock

Lose and my gut feeling was and now is we'll struggle to make it

Nar, I reckon we will still make it.
Is Vlastuin likely to come straight back in this week?
Excluding our top 4 I think he is the next most important to our side. And it's one less "Menadue"  type in our 22.

Was told today he is definitely available to play this week.

Suppose it comes down to whether they bring him straight without a run in the VFL

Think we have to risk it.

Agree he is bloody important. He has one thing so many of our blokes don't and that's composure. He rarely panics

Dimma's not one to play senior players in the twos after injuries. So if he is right to go he plays against Carlton this week.  :pray

Think Vlastuin needs to come back through the seconds. People have short memories, he has been horrid this year and has looked completely lost.
