Wines highlighted the intense rivalry with the Tigers, noting that Richmond was the team the Power loved playing the most, enjoying each opportunity to conquer them.
“There have been a few instances over the last few years which have raised tensions a bit,” Wines said.
“The club’s history and who the club hates gets passed down to the players who get drafted, so we all come in and want to beat Richmond
“They are up and flying and we have had some interesting clashes in my time at the club. Probably my most memorable game in my career was against Richmond in the final (elimination final in 2014) at Adelaide Oval when we blew them out of the water early.
“They will put up more of a fight than that year.”
