Well half expected but I thought miles playing well. Putting a lot of faith in c Ellis.

Despite Hawkins, Selwood and Duncan out they still have some great ins.

MUST go as hard as we did last week. Even then it'll be a tight game.

That effort in the goal square in the last quarter was probably the deal breaker for Miles - besides, with Selwood out we no longer need to match Geelong for head high frees so it sort of makes sense...

The miles incident looked horrible but then look at Castagna in the goal square vs GCS? I think it is a bit harsh to single out Miles who for me has helped us win midfield battles of late

Given that C Ellis was touch and go all week due to soreness, I find it strange they'd keep him in and drop Miles

I think we kept him in because Smith is a monster ruck who would dominate the hitouts against a much shorter Nank.
OER. Calling it as it is since 2004.

I would still keep Soldo as relief as we need a fit and firing Toby for finals and many more seasons for the matter

Get destroyed in the middle and lose --> bring in miles and win --> drop miles --> ???
