Another sensational game from Balta last night. He along with Bolton have been the highlight for me during this miserable 2020 season.

Don't forget Baker!

Agreed another top game. Really grown into the backline with Astbury out.

I was highly critical of Baker. I will put my hand up and say I got it wrong

Fantastic game tonight. I am torn though. As good as he is in defence I can see him being almost unstoppable half toward/wing. Remember Richo on the wing, that's what I can see.

450 metres gained from a full back :o

16 disposals ( 14k, 2h, 6c, 12u, 75% eff.)
9 marks …. ( 2 contested)
11 intercepts
2 inside 50s
3 score involvements
1 goal
100% TOG.

Should be contracted asap for at least 3 or 4 years. Will become the dominant key defender in the AFL in time.

He's already contracted for 2021 so no issue

Think we need to see what the cap and list sizes are going to be going forward first.

Pretty sure I read we have about 85% of our list contracted for 2021.

Excellent again last night.

I wouldn’t be moving him anywhere, he needs to learn one position so it becomes second nature, and then and only then, if you do experiment with him in another position, he can always fall back to what he knows in defence.

Good KPD are hard to come by, he could be that for the next 10 years for this club if we let him develop property.

as in next year he is out of contract? not good IMO. Sign him up this year until 2023.

Doubt there’s going to be any contracts signings until the AFL tells the clubs what the list sizes and salary cap will be. This isn’t just a Richmond thing, haven’t seen any club sign up any players other than Carlton with Weitering from memory.
