Given where our list is currently at and who we drafted last night, what players do you think would be feeling uncomfortable about their long term future heading into preseason?

For mine,
Hampson
Chol
Griffiths
Soldo

Drummond
Lloyd
Stengle
Towno(Im a fan but he does only have a 1 year contract)
Conca
CEllis

Ill add Castanga to that with Higgins added to our list of small forwards with good defensive pressure

I will also add Houli and BEllis for Big Note

Totally agree.

George is great at implementing our new style of play, but his decision making is still pretty poor.

I reckon he is under the gun with Higgins, Bolton and Stengle looking to come in to the side.

Playing for their careers in the AFL:

Chol
Drummond
Hamspud
Soldo
Griffiths
Conca
Miles
Lloyd

Though I reckon the last three are all a slight chance of getting picked up by other clubs.....

Playing for their career at Richmond:

CEllis

Will ask for trades if not first team regulars:

Menadue
Markov

Castagna just signed a two year extension so unlikely to be going anywhere at least until the end of 2019 no matter what happens next year.

Don't think Stengle will be playing for his career next year either - highly rated within the club.... :shh

I reckon Ryan Garthwaite will need some good form in the VFL, reckon he tapered off towards the end of 2017 season

Unless he starts going backwards at a rate of knots, I'd say Garthwaite's fairly safe for now - showed more than enough this year and would need to have an absolute shocker of a year not to be re-signed... :shh

I think that you can just about put a fork in Corey Ellis and Menadue for that matter.

Just not sure where they fit into the team.

Hope I am wrong........

Jury still out on CEllis and not looking good at this point - Menadue will fit into the side eventually  - it's just a matter of whether he'll have the patience to stick around until then or not.....and the club may well  accomodate him if they can get a good enough deal....especially with a bumper draft coming up..... :shh
