Haven't seen any pics except Dreamgirls and that was pretty ordinary.
Can't say why - just left the film feeling empty, like it was a nothing experience.
Should have been a stage musical, not a film - even then, the songs are terrible

I saw "The Queen" - Helen Mirren is very good.  Have also seen "Happy Feet" - try and pick the voices.  Steve Irwin does the voice of Nev the Elephant Seal.  Hugh Jackman does a good Elvis impersonation.  Have seen the shorts for the Cate Blanchett movie - looks very good and the Academy would be nuts not to give her the Oscar.  When it comes to class, she's up there with the likes of Helen Mirren, Judy Dench etc, leaving all the other younglings far behind.  Can't wait for the sequel of "Elizabeth" to come out.

Ross Stevenson on 3AW this morning said he walked out of this movie - didn't rate it highly.

The requirements to win an acting Oscar (whether it be best actor/actress or best supporting):

If the character you are playing either:

1. Goes nuts or is nuts

2. Dies

3. Or Both 1 & 2

You are an absolute deadset certainty

Oscar history tells us so :thumbsup

 :cheers

What a pretentious bunch of tossers, acting is sooooooo overated.

Yes it is a skill and some are good, but they just think their poo doesn't stink and people worship them ffs ... I don't get it. :whistle
