Maybe two changes? Higgins would benefit from game time so surely they wouldnít leave him out of the magoos only to miss Tuesday too and Broad sounds like heís ready to come back.

I donít think anyone could be dropped on form from last weeks game and donít think thereís a need for an extra tall in defence against Melbourne so could rule out broad. So unless they thinking of bringing an extra ruck to combat Gawn bringing in Hampson (please no) then I would say itís as expected Higgins/Lloyd for graham.

Both Melbourne and Richmond will play two games in six days and it's likely both clubs will be keeping some players fresh for their round six game, even if they're not selected for Tuesday night's blockbuster at the MCG.

Genuinely surprised Lloyd > Miles to replace Graham.

Broad for Vlastuin makes sense.

Contested numbers and clearances have been down and replacing Graham with Lloyd wonít do anything to help that. Whatís the point of even having Miles on the list if he canít be bought in to do the one thing he specialises in?

x2

I sometimes think we play a midfielder short when graham is in the side so with him not playing I donít see how they could justify bringing in Lloyd ahead of miles just because Lloyd Ďcan play forward.í Miles is literally better in every key aspect of a midfielders game i.e. clearances, contested possessions. As for defensive pressure, Iím pretty sure miles has better tackling numbers too.

We lose a chunk of grunt when you add Graham out too. All three of Floss, Caddy and Graham are toughnuts who give us a physical edge in the contest.

Miles would be a like-for-like type replacement but he played in the VFL yesterday. So the only choice now is to play those that didn't play in the VFL.

In: Broad, Lloyd, Higgins

Out: Vlastuin, Caddy, Graham
