Fremantle coach Ross Lyon has been named as the official at the centre of a sexual harassment payout case involving a former staff member.

The Age has reported the junior staff member alleged Lyon made inappropriate comments about her attire at a club Christmas function.

The Dockers reportedly reached a confidential settlement with her and it is believed the payment was a "five-figure sum".

If it was "nothing" as noted by the AFL "integrity" unit, why did they need to pay her at all? :huh
