Apart from the last 2 mins when we got carried away and turned it over 3 times being too cute  , that quarter was back to our 2017 ruthless pressure best. The Bombers were forced under pressure to bomb it straight to our defenders and we'd get repeat entries into our forward line.

Zaharakis gone for the night and Fantasia didn't seem to good either after crunching tackles. Loved Dusty smashing into Baguley too  .

Saw the best and worse of Edwards that quarter. I blame there only goal in him that quarter.
Cotchin has been superb as has Short.

If we clean up our disposal we kill. Pressure has been very good.

Shane Edwards has a game-high 258 metres gained from seven disposals at 71 per cent efficiency. Jayden Short is not far behind at 253 metres gained from eight disposals at 88 per cent efficiency. Between them they have five inside 50's.

Richmond have won just the two hitouts, but they have both been-to-advantage. Their ferocity around the contest has also allowed them to shark five Essendon hitouts, and win just one less clearance than the Bombers (9-10).
