Heard Damo say that once next years contracts tick over that GWS will be about $2m over the cap. They need to offload.

Yup he said gws were planning to be winning flags by 2016-2018 which is why they stacked their TPP. Plan was to offload a couple of the longer term higher end deals for multiple first round draft picks after winning a flag so that they could relieve their cap pressure while still staying ahead of the rest of the comp in terms of talent.

He said Shiel and Scully are the two who could potentially be moved back to Victoria.
