YOU'RE THE LIST MANAGER - RICHMONDafl.com.au
6 October 2018'Be brutal' All. Guns. Blazing. Get as many quality players as possible, get rid of as much dead wood as possible, and aim for as many flags that we can get. Clear some of the small forwards out as there is excess, and use that cap space on big names, whether it be Tom Lynch, Brad Crouch, Tom Scully or whoever. Make our best 22 as good as possible.
- Leo Rosman, Ringwood
'Extra depth required'We need a ruckman to help out Toby Nankervis, so looking for another ruckman can be key to ease the work load on him. Richmond should look for another onball bull to trade for such as Jacob Hopper or Sam Powell-Pepper to help with centre clearances.
- Zac Foulds, Mentone
'Start preparing for ageing stars'Look for any obvious weakness in the current list, and where we can trade current players for big gains. Richmond has more midfielders than it can play in any one game, so trading a few of its fringe players for youth to replace ageing key position players in the future (Jack Riewoldt and Alex Rance, for example) as well as runners like Shaun Grigg and Bachar Houli. Brandon and Corey Ellis, Anthony Miles and Sam Lloyd could bring value, as would Jacob Townsend if Richmond gets Tom Lynch as seems likely. They may even look at offloading a small forward, or developing one for a move to the midfield.
- Troy Watson, Ipswich
