A fair effort to say the least.

Win another flag or two as our coach :pray and Dimma starts entering legends of game territory with that career. Not bad for a bloke who has a 100 page long "sack hardwick" thread  :snidegrin.

Would like some of the doctors on here (not the real ones) to say a few words on behalf of Dimma

Yes, he became a great coach when Mrs Hardwick told him what we all were saying about his attitude and his coaching. Thank God he realised that he needed to change his ways and most importantly, with the help of Caracella, changed the worst game plan known in the sporting world.

To suggest he was coaching well prior to 2017 is laughable and preposterous.

If Dimma coaches us through to the end of 2020 then he'll become our longest serving senior coach.

Only ‘Immortal’ Tiger duo Tommy Hafey (248) and Jack Dyer (222) have coached Richmond in more games.
