What a game, what a win.
Loved every moment of it (less Conca of course).
:gotigers :clapping :thumbsup :bow :cheers :)
The third quarter, the premiership quarter, it's Dusty time. He starts to shine and then delivers in the most AWESOME fashion.

Just a brilliant game

Great game of footy

Just shows the game isn't stuffed or broken like so many in the media claim

I said to a mate last night that fast breaks seem more exciting these days. We don’t need to overhaul the rules such as introducing zones. We are better off spending time and money into improving the standard of umpiring.

I dunno WP. I used to watch 5, 6 or 7 games a week. Nowadays, if it’s not the Tigers I don’t reckon Ive got through a full game without falling asleep or loosing interest.
I think that’s the difference for me. I find the game boring most times.

Lately I’ve been watching some older matches from the 90’s and they are much more entertaining IMO.

Stuff me sideways - I've seen 6 cracking games in the past 2 weeks, our 2 games, Dees v Port, Roos vs dogs, Swans v eagles and tonight's games all were pulsating contests
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

any more than that? I have seen about 5 descent ones all season (not including all of our wins)

Its boring and most games i cant watch a full quarter, let alone a full game.

I think a lot of it is due to the saturation of footy in our faces from the media, with those pointless programs where they all try and justify their jobs.

Absolutely.

In the "old days" they picked the match of the day and put it on TV. Gave a false illusion of great footy in all games. Some of the bottom teams' footy back then was just pathetic.

Get rid of the interchange bench or limit it to a maximum of only 4 per game.

Game will open up and the best players will stay on the ground rest up forward.

Game fixed.

At the centre bounce it should be a 3v3 in the square. Then no defenders, everyone else in their own forward half with speccie bags.

Just watched the 'highlights' and I am nearly through my coffee cup through the television watching the stuffing idiot umpiring again.  Rance actually jumps vertically, quite a stuffing achievement to project yourself so high and forward 2 meters like dingus claims.  He should be in the Olympics.  How did Fat Buddy not get a week for hacking Rance in the throat and how the stuff were three Swans players allowed to Jump all over Rance after he was already tackled and over the boundary line then when Grimes tries to get the stuffs off, they get a 50m penalty?  The game was so tight it was amazing we got that win at all, despite dominating.

Just getting back to why this game wasn't at the 'G

I see Melbourne and St Kilda drew 38 910 to the 'G today.

Carlton and the Power drew 26 562 to the 'G yesterday

1 vs 2 on a Thursday night drew 43519 to Etihad.

Are the AFL incompetent or what? Imagine if they had shareholders to answer to.
