Richmond Tigers love for each other is genuine: Kane Lambert

Richmond star Kane Lambert says the love and care the Tigers show for each other is genuine, explaining how you can’t manufacture culture.

The affection the playing group has for one another was on full display when they rallied around Reece Conca last Thursday night, after he injured his ankle in a graphic incident.

According to Lambert, that reaction is a microcosm of the atmosphere amongst the playing group.

“There is plenty of love and it’s genuine and it’s real,” he told SEN Breakfast.

“It’s not fake, it’s not something that happens overnight either. It’s something you have to work on and culture is never an end game really.

“It’s something that you can get better at every single day. Like I said, it’s genuine and we care for each other and that’s the way we play our footy.

“It’s enjoyable.”
