Clarkson said post-game all the media talk about him coming up with a special plan to beat us haven't been watching him coach for the past 14 years. He's a system based coach and the best teams over the years are coached this way.

They know how we play but the trick is trying to break us down. They couldn't do that.

Believed the conditions suited us more tonight. Said we were able to get "grubby goals". Not a knock as it doesn't matter how you kick goals. We played the 'knock ons' and 'soccers' better than they did. Did say we're clearly the best side in the comp: wet or dry. We've played that way for a long while now and and that they use to be like us and are now trying to get back to that.
