Richmond coaching structure finalised

We have, not surprisingly, restructured our coaching panel for 2019.

Richmond 2019 coaching structure:
Senior coach: Damien Hardwick
Head of Coaching and Football Performance: Tim Livingstone
Assistant coach, forwards: Andrew McQualter
Assistant coach, midfield/stoppage: Adam Kingsley
Assistant coach, backline: Justin Leppitsch
Assistant coach, offensive: Blake Caracella
VFL and development coach (forwards): Craig McRae
Development coach and VFL midfield: Xavier Clarke
Development coach and VFL backline: Ryan Ferguson

Assistant coach, forwards: Andrew McQualter
Assistant coach, midfield/stoppage: Adam Kingsley
The two most important roles in 2019 as far as us improving and working on our deficiencies that cost us this year. Kingsley needs to focus on our stoppage work and poor clearance numbers especially if the 6-6-6 rule comes in at centre bounces, while McQualter has the job of jelling Lynch, Jack and our small/midsized forwards into a well functioning two key forward set-up while still being able to apply immense forward pressure defensively.
