I believe it, the nucleus of our side is kids, has been for a couple of years now.
Similar sort of position as Hawthorn when Clarkson took over
They had plenty of kids, but no one rated them. He developed them properly, added a couple of gun players from the draft and they developed quicker than anyone anticipated.
Last year almost none of our senior players had a significant contribution to the side, all those kids who took their place are older now.
I'm sure this year will still be tough as we learn the new game plan and bloody plenty of youngsters, but I don't think it's going to take as long as the sceptics say.
