Yeah think he needs a rest.

Bit concerned with our depth now. Who is putting pressure on his spot? The new boys today we're average at best I thought.
Go Tigers!

At least he has a go. Didn't go to ground with Aliir jumping into him. Kicked a goal too.

Gone from being a depth player to an out-of-his-depth player... :shh

Nope.

If we can't play RCD after 2+ years on the list at 191/90 then we sure as hell shouldn't be playing MRJ by the same logic.

Alternatively...if they are good enough just play them. The best players are ready to go immediately or after 1 year or so and they just adjust + improve as they go.

Good set shot. And as I have said before, doesn't go to ground easily.

Maybe he knows he'll be the one making one for a MRJ debut and he's actually motivated?

Jake Aarts’ capacity to hit the scoreboard was a rare Richmond highlight in the Round 8 loss to Geelong at the MCG. Aarts was the Tigers’ equal-leading goalkicker with three goals in the match.

He has kicked at least one goal in each of Richmond’s eight games so far in season 2021 and, overall, has 11 to his credit, which places him third on the Club’s goalkicking list, behind Jack Riewoldt (21) and Tom Lynch (14).
