23 Feb 2019 11:30amRichmond’s next crop of stars all shone brightly during a gruelling intra-club match at Punt Rd Oval this morning.
As preparations ramp up for Round 1, the Tigers hit the track for 90 minutes of match practice during which there was no holding back.
Star recruit Tom Lynch did not take part, completing some light work on his own before the session.
Shaun Grigg and Jason Castagna, who also remain in the rehabilitation group, similarly only completed a light warm up while Alex Rance, Jack Riewoldt and Jack Higgins missed the session with AFLX duties.
The Tiger’s top draft pick from last year, Riley Collier-Dawkins, shone brightly in the middle along with fellow draftee Jack Ross.
Richmond face a glimpse of its possible ruck set up this year, with Toby Nankervis and Ivan Soldo playing on the same team and rotating between ruck and forward.
